    Thank you for the delicious 'Cinnamon buns' recipe you've featured this week.You definitely have a flair for Acadian cuisine, that is awesome. On p147 of the recipe book La cuisine traditionnelle en Acadie, I mentioned this book in a previous blog, these yummies are called Pets de Soeur or if one wishes a literal translation, Nuns' Fart. I made these for my 3 adult students in a second language French class last December and together we listened to the song Les 12 jours de Noël mon amour m'a donné, this humourous song is all about food that Acadian ate and still eat in different regions.
